Magdalena Mielczarek – Legal Advisor
Panel: „Investment tips for women’s business”
A legal advisor, specialist in investment processes, in particular in technological companies. She handles corporate structures, conducting numerous domestic and cross-border M&A, division and transformation processes. She specialises in securing property in terms of inheritance and corporate law, conducting dozens of complicated processes to protect clients’ interest and property, going beyond traditional frames of legal service. She has many years of experience in due diligence processes as well as negotiations, M&A and VC transactions. She is responsible for building up models of employee stock ownership plans (ESOP) adjusted to individual assumptions of developing enterprises. A member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Opole. A graduate of legal studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. In 2014 she completed post-graduate studies at the Academy of Companies at Warsaw School of Economics. She is also a graduate of post-graduate journalism studies at the Faculty of Journalism and Political Sciences at the University of Warsaw
Lucie Hubeňáková – Cofounder of Sunday Beans

Lucie Hubeňáková was born in Nový Jičín, the small city of Moravia-Silesian region in Czech Republic and she still lives there. This location neighbours with Poland and Slovakia and its very close to its borders. She is married and has two children.
She obtained a bachelor’s in management and economy, Business School Ostrava.
Started her career and gained experience in the bank sector as Banking & Investments advisor for small businesses.
After 6 years of maternity leave, she has co-founded SUNDAY BEANS company in June 2019 to support the coffee plantation project in Uganda as an idea how to develop and help people over there with their full involvement.
Dorota Płoskowicz – Partner, Director for Poland

Education: Faculty of Law and Administration of the Warsaw University, Poland British Law Centre of the University of Warsaw, Poland
Background: Dorota has significant experience in leading and supervising mergers and acquisitions projects. Due to her involvement in the internal development of the firm, in 2015, Dorota became Partner, Director for Poland. She has advised on many acquisitions of Polish companies and enterprises by foreign investors, including conducting legal due diligence, negotiating contractual documents and notifying planned acquisitions to the Antimonopoly Office. She successfully conducted several mergers and restructuring processes. She also focuses on day-to-day legal advisory for entrepreneurs and labour law. In labour law, she has advised on a wide range of employment matters, including resolving collective disputes, transfers of employees and dismissals. Dorota advises to numerous significant clients, i.e., Fraikin, Konica Minolta Business Solutions, Vandemoortele, etc.

Background: Agnieszka is focused mainly on corporate and mergers and acquisitions law, and corporate and insurance law. She also has significant experience in telecommunications and energy law. She became Partner, Director for Poland, in 2016. Due to her extensive experience and knowledge of the mergers and acquisitions practice area, in 2016, Agnieszka became the Leader the of Mergers and Acquisitions practice at PETERKA & PARTNERS. Agnieszka has supervised numerous of mergers and acquisitions projects for Polish and foreign enterprises, and she advises on various corporate issues, including purchase of shares, negotiations, due diligence reports, private transactions, acquisitions of minority interests, disposal and corporate restructurings. She has provided legal advisory services for numerous of our significant clients, i.e., Vandemoortele Polska sp. z o.o., a French market leader in the field of ophthalmic products, and a major Danish footwear group. Prior to joining the firm, Agnieszka worked for the Polish office of Allen & Overy focusing on comprehensive aspects of mergers and acquisitions projects at all stages.
