I’ve been managing the Warsaw division since 2013.

I care for well-being of our employees. Whenever we lack a pair of hands, I strive to fix the problem and find the solution as quickly as it’s possible. I love meetings with our team, analyze progress of employees and prepare documents that reward their precious skills and work - raises and promotions. :) The best “Thank you” is a gleam in their eyes. I’ve been working in outsourcing for 7 years. Not every day working as HR Manager is nice and pleasant, but I do my best to make my colleagues happy and focused when they come to work. The secret of my cutting-edge time management skills is triathlon, which I’ve been training for 3 years now. My favourite quote? “Your time is limited, don’t waste it on pretending to be someone else”.
I started my career from accounting, but it’s the matters of employees that are closest to me, so I decided to devote myself to payroll. I graduated in humanities from Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and in English philology from Vistula University. I’ve always been passionate about learning languages and travels thanks to which I’ve been able to get to know new cultures and cuisines. Working as Payroll Manager I have an opportunity to become familiar with various problems and challenges of human relations and payroll nature. Solving them and answering questions asked by clients give me a possibility to further develop and hone my skills. I approach every client and their problems individually. I acquired my experience by working both in a private company and in an accounting office. That’s why I know the way to approach every case.
I have been developing my own website for over 4 years to be able to comprehensively take care of website and social media statistics at VGD. Puzzles in Google Analytics are my every-day reality. Word has it that accounting is boring - our infographics prove that this is just a rumor.
I take care of our office to make it professional and customer-friendly. I gained experience in a data center in Amsterdam, keeping customer service at the highest level. In 2015, I graduated in biophysics and today I still look to the future seeing numbers.
Currently, I am learning the secrets of data science, in order to more effectively analyze the results of marketing campaigns, using up-to-date tools and automating advertising activities at VGD.
My favorite question is: "What would happen if ...?" - because impossible is nothing, just try until you succeed.
Master of economics. I have many years of experience both in audit and accounting for international companies. I am certified Chief Accountant and Qualified Accountant. I started working at VGD in 2017. My responsibility is to care about good relations with clients and professionally approach every matter. In my free time I enjoy meeting my family and friends. I love trekking and cycling. The beauty of surrounding environment makes me happy. :)
I work in VGD since 2016. I have a masters degree in Logistics. I also graduated in Mathematics from Poznan University of Technology. I have “Independent Accountant” and “Taxes for accountants in practice” certificates from courses organized by The Accountants Association in Poland. Currently I am in the middle of Main Accountant course, because career development is an essential element of my job. Accounting is my second love, right after sailing. I’m also passionate about landscape photography.
I’ve been working for VGD for 15 years. I have a degree in economics and every day I do what my real passion is: I put entirety of my heart into personnel files and analyzing labour laws. Good contact with a client is a foundation of our work, every day. That’s why I care about our clients feeling comfortable and make sure they not only are, but also feel they are in good hands.
I am responsible for proper payments of our clients’ employees salaries. I put a great deal of care for detail, when dealing with every case during my work. I have a masters degree in Business Management. My journey with VGD began 3 years ago. I have 12 years of experience in payroll administration, which proved me beyond any doubt, that everything is possible. In my leisure I’m perfecting my body physique at the gym. I don’t postpone my dreams - I make them come true, while travelling the world.
I have a degree in Administration. I’ve been working in payroll administration for various outsourcing companies for 3 years. Every day I gain new knowledge of HR because personal development is a priority for me. It helps me to face every challenge my work gives me finding great solutions when it comes to tax reports or salary calculations. I always aspire to achieve my goals, making our clients feel safe about their business. My passion is baking, especially hand-made bread. My motto: “Every cloud has a silver lining”.
I’ve been working for VGD for 4 years. I started my career in payroll, but my curiosity for accounting finally won. Variety of work I’m doing resulted in my involvement in this job position and further development of my knowledge taking part in courses organized by the Accountants Association in Poland and also studing Finances, Accounting and Insurance at University of Warsaw.
I also love to develop my culinary skills and try out new tastes at my leisure.
Trained as lawyer, graduated from Law and Administration Department of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin in 2010. While studing, he started researching financial and economic law, which directed his career to these fields. He started working in VGD in 2019.
Initiated, while studing at the university, interest in economic and financial law, gave direction to my professional activity, especially in the mentioned fields, mainly within internal accounting departments of business entities for a long time. A member of VGD since 2019.
I started my journey with accounting in VGD 2 years ago. The start of my career was great thanks to my very kind and friendly colleagues. Additionally, studying Finance and Accounting ensured me that I won’t get bored at my work. New regulations and responsibilities require constant development of my qualifications. Courses at the Accountants Association in Poland help me a lot with it. Practice and thorough preparation are a bull’s eye of accounting! After an inspiring day at work, I like to unwind watching a good movie, and if I have more free time - I can’t imagine not making at least a few muffins. Handmade sweets are my passion. Passion, that many of my colleagues at work really enjoy. :)
I graduated in Finances, Accounting and Insurance at University of Warsaw. I’ve been working in VGD for almost 2 years - this is where I started my career.
Thanks to a friendly and helpful team that introduced me into the secrets of the profession, I decided to develop further in this field, among others taking a part in specialized courses at the The Accountants Association in Poland.
I try to see a bright side of every situation - both at work and my private life. I love to spend my free time actively – travelling and doing sports. They are the best form of breaking the routine.

I help our clients with a wide array of matters, all that under the watchful eyes of my more experienced colleagues. Thanks to particular interest in programming, my second daily task is to optimize, automatize and make work easier for myself and other staff. I like making people happy and I like to learn. :) I am in process of acquiring a masters’ degree at University of Economics and Human Sciences in Warsaw. I am studying there advanced subjects in the field of finance management, which I proudly use in practice working as an Accounting Assistant. I have experience in working for international corporations as well as in handling individual clients, which allows me to step boldly on a path of career development. I am sure that my work at VGD is more than satisfying for clients, helps to accomplish daily and long-term tasks and greatly improves public image of my employer.
